Casa Beiramar

You will find the pension “Casa Beiramar” in Sao Filipe, capital of the capeverdian island of Fogo. It is situated in the historic center  of the town, 40 meters above the atlantic.

This building is a mansion house of the former Portuguese colonial dominion, a  so called sobrado. Some years ago, it was renovated due to european standards.

There is one room on the upper floor, where a terrace offers a marvellous view over the atlantic and towards the island of Brava.

On the lower floor you will find two apartments for three or four persons

The roofed terrace and the calm patio invite for a rest, reading and playing. Here we are serving breakfast and supper for our guests.

Our service includes the daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms.

... and of course we are trying to respond  to all of your questions about Fogo and Brava during your stay. Excursions and trekking tours can be booked at the Casa Beiramar as well.
